On this day, Arthur Vasilievich Tian, an honorary citizen of the Jewish Autonomous Region, philanthropist, general director of the sanatorium “Sanus” pos. Kuldur.
The official biography says that in 1976, Arthur Vasilievich graduated from the Institute of National Economy in Khabarovsk.
In 1978, A.V. Tyan began working in the sanatorium “Kuldur”, where he was first an economist, and then – an accountant.
A.V. Sile was constantly engaged in the development of the resort. With his direct participation, the healing and a number of sleeping buildings were reconstructed, a health resort museum was created, the territory of the resort and the street of the village was landscaped.
In February 1989, Arthur Vasilievich Sile created a private enterprise “Sanus” and began the construction of the first private healthcare enterprise in the Far East.
Arthur Vasilievich created a studio of fine art, which contains his own expense. The studio is taught children, mainly from low -income families, the best artists of Khabarovsk.
In the regional Museum of Contemporary Art, exhibitions (6+) of artistic works from the private collection of A.V. Tyan, which is considered the largest of the officially registered in the Far East, are periodically organized.
After restoration in the village of Kuldur, the memorial of memory to the fallen during the Civil and Patriotic Wars was opened. A great contribution to the restoration of the monument was made by Arthur Vasilievich.
Do not count the number of noble deeds made by Arthur Vasilievich Sile. With his direct participation, the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which today is the spiritual center of the village of Kuldur, was built. Arthur Vasilievich is the trustee of this temple. He established a nominal award for the best teacher of a local school and the best students of the school and many. DR.
Among the awards of A.V. Tyan, the medal “For the construction of the Baikal-Amur Highway”, the badge “Excellence in the resorts of trade unions”, he is a laureate in the nomination “Services of the population” of the regional competition “100 best goods of Russia”.

The Plenum of the regional committee of the CPSU discussed the issue of housing and cultural and household construction in the region. The Plenum noted that in 1957 tens of million rubles were invested in housing and cultural construction, or more than two times more than in 1955.
During the year, over 50 thousand square meters of housing were built, including 11 thousand square meters in rural areas. Four schools for 580 seats, a hospital in Leninsky, 14 stores, 18 clubs and libraries, kindergartens, red corners were commissioned.
The Plenum outlined specific measures to implement the annual plan of housing and cultural construction, improve the quality of work, reduce the cost and reduce the terms of construction.
