VIDEO The short answer given by Grindeanu when asked if he thinks there are still “many reasons to replace Prime Minister Bolojan”

“Yes”. This is the answer that the PSD leader, Sorin Grindeanu, gave on Friday, after the state budget vote in Parliament, when asked by journalists if he believes that “there are still many reasons for replacing Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan”, as he said until now.
At the end of the vote in Parliament, Grindeanu also had a “summons” for the Bolojan Government.
“Today we have a voted budget, with pros and cons. Now, everything related to energy is a priority. I encourage the Government, I even summon it, to make it a priority in the next period. I don't want to come up with solutions. Bogdan Ivan gave solutions, some can be improved. (…) I urgently expect them to come up with a solution”, said the PSD leader, when asked by journalists when the governing coalition will come with a decision, in the context of the increase fuel price increases.
Parliament adopted the budget for 2026, with 319 votes “for”, 104 votes “against”, one abstention, and 2 MPs did not vote, after several days of tensions, contradictions and attacks in the governing coalition. At the end, Bolojan thanked the citizens for “the understanding they have shown”, Grindeanu said that there are still reasons for his change, and Simion announced that he will challenge the law at the CCR.
