A man was sentenced to prison after hitting a journalist inside a Berlin court. The author of the deed has announced that he will challenge the court's decision.

The 42 -year -old individual hit a reporter of the Stiegel TV in front of the Berlin Administrative Court, while his uncle was the subject of a judicial trial related to a prohibition, writes Agerpres.
The report, which works for Spiegel TV, 65 years old, suffered a hematoma in the left eye, headaches and a contusion. He made a complaint against the aggressor, who is the member of a family that is believed to be involved in organized criminality.
The accused acknowledged his deed, confessing that he and the other members of his family wanted to discuss the hall in a private setting. When he returned and saw the reporter, he hit the “reflex” and apologized.
“After all, there is an attack on the freedom of the press”, Said the head of the trial court, Andrea Wilms.
Prosecutors stressed that the accused tried to obstruct the journalist's account. The author of the aggression has already announced that he will challenge the sentence to 10 months imprisonment.
The court rejected a suspended sentence as the author was a recidivist.
