A great compromise of Putin's aces. They ordered a pizza. It was their mistake

The Insider editorial journalists have reached one of the customer databases who use the pizza ordering service through the Telegram platform. Access to this information has everyone who knows how to support bots operating in the application. In this way, they tracked down places from where meals were ordered and gained the details of the persons who placed orders. Thanks to this, they discovered personal data of agents of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SWR) and the Main Intelligence Board (GRU).
What they dug up to was their wildest expectations. They now have access to information about nearly a hundred secret collaborators of the Kremlin who perform various confidential functions in Russia and abroad.
Pepperoni for foreign intelligence
Several residential buildings in Moscow belong to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service. Among them is, among others Gray skyscraper at 17 Wileńska Street, which was built in 2002 and currently lives 660 people.
93 percent apartments in the building were assigned to foreign intelligence services, and the remaining 7 percent He went to the Moscow Municipal Department. In January 2011, the building went to the first pages of newspapers, when the SWR officer Colonel Gennadij Ambarnow in mysterious circumstances fell out of the balcony on the 15th floor.

The building at 17 Wileńska Street in Moscow
The database of persons ordering the pizza, which was analyzed by journalists from The Insider, contains information about 65 clients living in a building at 17 Wileńska Street. This list includes several active agents.
Among them is the general of the Russian Federal Customs Service Andrey Laszkiewicz, who gave the courier two telephone numbers and access to the entrance. Laszkiewicz worked under the cover of the adviser of the Russian ambassador in Delhi and supervised local acts of foreign intelligence.
In 2012, Laszkiewicz deleted all his accounts on social media, but their copies survived in other databases of the residents of Moscow, which “leaked” to the Internet.

Tentacles reaching the peaks of the Kremlin power
On one of the deleted accounts among Laszkiewicz's online friends there were other Russian spies, including Vladimir Chawroszin, who previously worked under the cover as a diplomat in Islamabad and Ottawa, Konstantin Włygostazew, commercial representative of the Russian Federation in Uzbekistan, and Maks Ternowski, Consul General in the calculation.
After his stay in India, Laszkiewicz served in the ranks of SWR in Russia. Later, as a reserve officer, he was delegated to the Customs Service, where he took the position of the first deputy head of the Main Board of Smuggling. This arrangement in which the SWR officer is delegated to the Customs Service makes the head of foreign intelligence Sergei Naryszkin informed about the situation on an ongoing basis.
General Laszkiewicz was forced to respond to court in connection with proceedings regarding illegal acts committed by officers of the Federal Customs Service.
Israeli passport in Putin's service
Two floors near Laszkiewicz in a building at 17 Wileńska Street Oleg Szugalej from the SWR Scientific and Technical Intelligence Board. Vasily introduced himself to a courier providing pizza as a gray, he also gave him a code enabling entering the building and his home phone number.
Szugalej once registered as an individual entrepreneur in Rostów nad Don. His company was called Kessler Techno Import. The company's share capital was 1 rubel.
In 2001 he was sent to Israel to work in the local branch of Britannica Knowledge Systems. This corporation, as described on its website, “provides comprehensive training in the field of defense, security forces and civil aviation.”
In 2005, Szugalej worked in Tel Aviv as a regional manager in the International Aviation Group international air networks, cooperating with such lines as American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Bangkok Airways and Qantas Airways. Later, he became a representative in Russia of the Canadian company CAE, which produces air and space and space components.
In 2011, Szugalej took the position of a representative of British Aviation Academy, a British company dealing in pilot training, to Russia, the countries of the community of independent states (CIS) and the Baltic States.
In this role he visited the Russian city of Uljanowsk and signed the report of the arrangements between the British Aviation Academy and the Uljanowski Institute of Civil Aviation in order to open the Boeing-737 Training Center for Pilots for Boeing-737 pilots.
As The Insider found out, Szugalej obtained Israeli citizenship, and his wife Nadieżda lives in Israel.

Oleg Szugalej
Spies from all over Europe in one building
Judging by the profile of Szugaleja on LinkedIn, he established numerous contacts in the aviation industry, working with professionals from the USA, Europe, Asia and Israel. For example – two months before the publication of this article, he congratulated Gideon Taler, founder and president of the Tal Aviation Group Air Group, receiving the “Hero of Tourism Hero” award.
The Insider contacted Szugaleja on LinkedIn with many friends, asking if they know about his double life, but no one answered.
Among other clients of pizzerias living in a building at 17 Wileńska Street, there are 12 former SWR spies who worked in France, Germany, the Czech Republic and Burma. Interestingly, some of them still care about being discreted.
For example, a resident of the 8th floor, who wanted to remain anonymous, when placing an order for pizza with ham, smoked chicken and sausages in the “Customer name” field, entered the random string of characters “рноувыепквксаргаву7 note” – in English “in English” rnouvyepkvksargavuvuvuvuvuaw “.
After checking the phone number provided by “Rnouvyepkvksargavu7nea” in the publicly available road police database The Insider determined that the owner of the apartment on the 8th floor is Sergei Pawłowicz Butenko, “employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs” of Russia.
For several years, pizza with mushrooms and capers has not been delivered to apartment No. 45. The last such order was dated July 8, 2017 – four days before the customer's sudden death.
This client was the legendary colonel SWR Sergei Rastorgujew, who was the author of over a hundred scientific work on IT technologies, programming, cryptography, anti -virus protection and information war.
Methodological guides he wrote is still used in the academies training SWR officers and the Federal Security Service (FSB), as well as “diplomats” from GRU.
A secret officer from Putin's circle and a fan of Italian cuisine
Of course, the skyscraper at 17 Wilenska Street is not the only SWR building in Moscow, to which the Kremlin officer corps orders a pizza straight to the door. As many as 22 pizza lovers live in building No. 5 of the residential complex located at Akademia Anochina 6 – and members of Russian intelligence.
Five people regularly ordering a pizza from “Resident House” on Gonczarnaja Street.
It should be emphasized that not everyone who lives at these addresses is a spy. Apartments assigned by the Kremlin can be rented, sold or transferred to family members. The InSider investigation revealed, however, that a significant part of these “pizza enthusiasts” are present or former special services officers.
FSB does not shun the pizza either
Since 2002, FSB officers are banned from ordering parcels directly to the place of service. The database of persons ordering pizza does not contain the addresses of well -known special services offices. However, some officers from time to time violate the official regulations.
In the skyscraper at Wernadski Prospekt Street, which is the seat of the National Antiterratory Center of the FSB (and numerous secret units camouflaged as research institutes), The Insider identified five security services officers who are also fans of Pepperoni pizza. Among them were Maksim Suworov, an officer of the FSB special forces unit “wet” and Aleksander Sirromach from the unit of special forces “Witiaź”, who left their phone numbers to the couriers.

Other pizza lovers living at this address include: Sergei Dudin – an instructor specializing in parachute jumps, Artur Boronin – a student currently serving in the FSB management in the region of North Ossetia (involved in various anti -terrorist groups) and Piotr Kliujew – a student associated with the FSB department supervising the eastern district of Moscow.
On the one hand, students serving FSB delve into the basics of counterintelligence and conspiracy, on the other – leave their phone numbers and names in public databases. For example, Ivan Trofimow, who orders a pizza with shrimps, put up BMW for sale. Roman, a pizza enthusiast with tuna, sold Acura MDX. Artem, Pepperoni Fan, put up for sale a engine to Łódź Suzuki.
Sergei, who orders a pizza with shrimps, corn and olives, has posted an advertisement about the sale of a plot in a Permian country.
Pizza with shrimp for GRU
The main intelligence management of the Russian military intelligence, also severely prohibits its employees to order food with delivery to the workplace. Even in this organization, however, there are examples of glaring violations.
Secret 18. Central Institute of Scientific Research (unit 11135), located on the street of the Free Prospectus in Moscow, is part of the GRU structure dealing with encryption of satellite communication. Residents of nearby buildings complain that they are experiencing disturbances in mobile communication. This is because of the institute's activities.
The Insider journalists located 34 officers in the vicinity of the street. In most cases, they were officials of the Institute ordering a pizza directly from their offices using official phones.
“President's administration officials are banned from ordering food to the workplace, so couriers provide a pizza to the park across the street”
In addition to the 18th Central Institute of Scientific Research of Pizza, they also came from the GRU residential complex at Grizodubowa Street. “Unmasked” people in this location include: Egor Juchtanow, who presents himself as an independent analyst at oil markets, as well as an “expert” and an officer from the headquarters of GRU on Choroszewskoje Szosse 76b Swietlana Pastustenko, who previously served in the cosmic recognition for the military unit 12556. Pizza was also ordered by Egor Wissing Moscow Institute of Aviation Technology.
Wissing is a member of the ASG “Vostok” club. During field exercises, club members study the tactics of American special forces and learn to shoot navy blue to movable purposes.
Italian cuisine enthusiasts can also be found among employees of the Federal Protection Service (FSO), which is responsible for protecting the high degree of state officials, including Vladimir Putin.
Since the presidential administration officials are banned from ordering food to the workplace, the couriers have been instructed to deliver a pizza to the monument in honor of the heroes of the 19th century Battle of Plecak located in the park on the other side of the street from the office.
