Zheleznogorets opened the drug laboratory in the country and went to the colony for 14 years (video)

In Zheleznogorsk, the court sent a 24-year-old guy to prison for organizing the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs. This was told in the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to the supervisory authority, in 2022, the young man was actively engaged in drug production at home. The source of knowledge about manufacturing technology was an online store of prohibited substances, where he bought drugs for personal use. Once, having taken the bookmark in the cache, the guy became interested in the mysterious “business” and bought instructions for the manufacture of narcotic substances on the same platform and a list of all the necessary components.

Later, the guy purchased a cottage in the suburbs of Zheleznogorsk and equipped a drug laboratory in the attic. For the safe conduct of the chemical process, he installed special containers and ventilation system there. The advice on the manufacture of narcotic substances was given to him by a certain curator from a drug dealer. For ingredients and equipment, the young man even flew to the capital, and then issued a “delivery”.

“The defendant has already manufactured 2 kilograms of“ products ”, but was detained by traffic police officers on the way to the country. In the car, an unsuspecting brother, he takes a batch of new ingredients in 20 cans to make another 15 kilograms of drugs. As a result of searches, significant reserves of narcotic drugs, special equipment and chemical reagents were discovered, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

At the trial, the guy pleaded guilty only partially. Despite this, the state prosecutor introduced a convincing evidence base, confirming the criminal activity of the young man.

According to the village “G” of Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code, part 1 of Art. 30, p. “G” of part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code and part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced him to punishment of imprisonment for a term of 14 years with serving a maximum cottage in a penal colony, used for the equipment of an illegal laboratory, was confiscated in favor of the state.
