According to the blogger, the buns are soft, fluffy and very fragrant.
Products for dough:
- 150 ml water;
- 30 g yeast;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 5 tbsp. l. flour.
Products for the test:
- two eggs;
- 6 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- vanilla sugar;
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 70 ml vegetable oil;
- 300 ml warm milk;
- 1.1 kg flour.
Products for molding:
- 60 g melted butter;
- sugar.
Preparation
- Combine water, sugar and flour in a container. Whisk and leave for 15 minutes for the dough to rise.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and flour to the dough in portions. Knead the dough.
- Leave the dough in a warm place to rise.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and form them into balls. Leave them for 15 minutes to rise.
- Roll out a circle from the kolobok. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll the circle into a roll and fold it in half. Cut the roll lengthwise, leaving a tail. Unfold the edges of the cut roll outwards, thus forming a heart.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cover them with a towel and leave for a while for the dough to rise.
- Bake the buns for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Sprinkle the finished buns with powdered sugar.
