Several entrepreneurs told about the lack of a sodium chloride solution. According to them, the production of saline at the factories does not grow due to low profitability. It is released mainly by state order, as it refers to vital medicines and its price is regulated. Due to the rise in price of raw materials, production becomes unprofitable.
Now all parties are going to the needs of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Defense. Because of this supply to commerce, temporarily on the foot-most pharmacies have no receipts from the end of November-early December. The remains are more expensive than usual: the usual 400-million bottle costs not 25-30 rubles, as before, but 60.
In most cases, pharmacists offer an alternative – a set of ten ampoules of five milliliters for 150 rubles. Customers are waiting for a quota raising in January-February-then supplies will be adjusted, but the price will increase again.
