Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban told an event in France on Monday, the Radical Party Patriots for Europe, that although its country is “the Black Oa of the European Union”, it is “the hope of European patriots and the outskirts of Christians”, according to Agerpres, citing the MTI.
“The bureaucrats from Brussels who attack Hungary have no idea what it means to fight for freedom, democracy and homeland. You should shut up and see their job,” he said about the leaders of the European Union.
In his speech, Orban also claimed that “we do not want to die for Ukraine” and that we need peace negotiations made by “diplomats to regain control from Generali”.
As a neighbor of Ukraine, Hungary “does not want our sons to return to coffin, we do not want Afghanistan near us, we do not want Brussels to introduce the military economy under the pretext of war, we do not want to take gigantic loans, and we do not want to throw our countries into a race.”
He also appealed to the European population: “I ask you to stop them.”
On the same occasion, Orban named Marine Le Pen, the head of the French Party of the National Assembly, “a friend, a fantastic person, a tireless leader and a brave fighter who never betrays, never abandons anyone and follows the rules of honor.”
