The official representative of the IC of Russia Svetlana Petrenko commented on the detention of the mayor of Krasnoyark, Vladislav Loginov. He was charged with receiving a bribe on an especially large scale (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigation established that in the period from 2018 to 2024, Vladislav Loginov, consistently replacing the posts of the first deputy and the head of the city of Krasnoyarsk, received a bribe from the general director of the commercial organization in the amount of over 180 million rubles in the form of money and payment for the construction of a bathhouse on a land plot owned by an official.
For the illegal reward of Loginov, he ensured the victory of the company at the auction for the repair of city roads. The customer was the surprise of Krasnoyarsk.
The searches took place in the mayor’s office in the administration, his house, as well as in the surprise. Investigators seized documents related to the conclusion, execution and payment of municipal contracts, as well as other items and documents relevant to the investigation.
The mayor of Krasnoyarsk was detained. According to TASS, he is transferred to Moscow, where they will elect a preventive measure.
The City Hall of Krasnoyarsk said that the administration continues to work as usual.
“The decision on the acting head of the city will be made in the near future,” said there.
Now Vladislav Loginov has the first three deputy. This is Alexander Matsak, Roman Odintsov and Alexei Shuvalov.
