The state of ownership of Jarosław Kaczyński has changed slightly. In the case of real estate, it consists of 1/3 of the house with an area of approx. 150 sq m, whose value fully estimated at PLN 2.2 million (value higher than in previous published documents, in which he declared PLN 1.8 million). Compared to the previous year, when in the “proverbial sock” the PiS president was to hold about 338 thousand. PLN, this is the amount of PLN 380,944 in the latest property declaration.

Jarosław Kaczyński still repays the debt in SKOK Stefczyk. He borrowed the amount of 135,000 zloty. In a previous statement, he declared that his debt increased from 53 thousand. up to 54 thousand PLN, which could have resulted from a change in interest (permanent or vice versa), consolidation or grace period. In this published at the latest, the debt is just over 45,000. zloty.

However, he puzzles the amount of the pension. In a statement for 2023, the PiS president declared that he received PLN 112,556.94 as part of the benefit, which gives an average of 9 thousand. PLN 380 gross per month. In 2024, this amount increased and amounts to PLN 132,321.10, which translates into PLN 11,000. PLN 27 every month. This is an increase of about 2,000 zloty. This is much higher than the valorisation of pensions.

According to experts, on which “Fakt” cites, Jarosław Kaczyński could apply for a conversion of the size of the benefit, which is possible if the pensioner at the same time worked and paid contributions. The PiS president combined his retirement with a parliamentary mandate (and in the government of the previous term he was also a deputy prime minister, which was also associated with a full -time job).

What's more, Jarosław Kaczyński turned 75 last year. According to the regulations, he has the right to a care allowance. ZUS admits them automatically. It's about PLN 330 a month more.
