Hundreds of blocks and two hospitals in Bucharest remain without hot water and heat. How long the works last

The Municipal Company of the Termoenergetica Bucharest (CMTEB) announced on Monday, October 13, that, with the completion of the modernization of the primary thermal network, over 500 blocks and two hospitals will remain temporarily without hot water and heat, for the commissioning of the new sections. According to the company, these are the hospitals “Victor Babeș” and Fundeni.

“The Municipal Company of the Termoenergetica Bucharest (CMTEB) to announce, on Monday, that in the following days the works of modernization of the primary thermal network will be completed within the project” Modistral Magistralization of the Termification belonging to SACET Bucharest “

For the commissioning of the new sections of modernized pipes, connecting works, valve mounting and those for performing the pressure samples necessary for integrating them will be carried out.

2. On the streets Mrs. Ghica, Vulcanii and Baicului in Sector 2, Vane mounting works will be performed, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heat to 18 thermal points (243 blocks and Fundeni Hospital) from October 12, 22:00, until October 17, at 23:00.

The year of commissioning of the pipeline that was replaced in this area is 1993.

3. On the Rodul Earth street in Sector 3, works for mounting will be carried out, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heat to 4 thermal points (24 blocks and “Victor Babeș” Hospital), from October 13, at 09:00, until October 15, at 11:00 pm.

The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 2024.

4. On Șerban Constantin street in Sector 4, works will be performed to reunite the pipe, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heat to 6 thermal points (38 blocks), from October 13, at 09:00, until October 14, at 12:00.

The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 1972.

Thermoenergetics specifies that the initial terms of restarting the heating system are estimated before the opening of the yards and the decoration of the galleries.
