Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, together with the Ministry of Education of the Territory, will create an energy cluster

An energy educational cluster will be created in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The corresponding agreement was signed by the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station of the EN+company with the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

A cluster called “Energostart” will be created as part of the regional program “professional for everyone.” Several institutions of secondary vocational education will take part in it, including the Divnogorsk hydropower technical school named after A.E. Bochkina.

The Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station plans to improve the material and technical base of the technical school in three years, to develop an educational program according to modern standards for working at a hydroelectric power station, as well as improve the qualifications of cluster workers. The program will cost 80 million rubles, the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station will allocate half the amount.

“We have been cooperating with the Divnogorsk hydropower technical school for not the first year, students have been undergoing production practice at the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, we have concluded target training agreements with them, they participate in our scholarship program. The next step is the conclusion of the Agreement in the framework of the Professor program for everyone, thanks to which students can become in demand by specialists and quickly adapt to the workplace, ”said the director of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station Stanislav legenda.

The program will allow you to conclude targeted agreements with the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station for students who have chosen the specialty “Electric Stations, Networks, their relay protection and automation” and “hydropower plants”. Such training conditions guarantee employment, students will receive an additional scholarship.

Energostart is designed to form a system of continuous personnel support of young specialists from admission to colleges to employment to the workplaces of enterprises of the energy and coal mining industries, ”said Artyom Petenev, deputy minister of education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Recall that in the Divnogorsk hydropower technical school, the EN+Energy Laboratory has been operating since 2023. It has become a practical base for dating students with high -tech processes of management of hydroelectric power stations.
