Sugar – 200 g
Water – 50 ml
Cream 30% – 800 ml
How to cook:
- In a deep pan or a pot with a thick bottom, pour sugar and add water.

- Without removing from heat, gently pour 300 ml of cream.
- Bring to a boil, constantly stirring so that caramel completely dissolves.
