The Act signed by the president is an amendment to some laws to deregulate economic and administrative law and improving the principles of developing economic law, also called the Deregulation Act or the first deregulation package. It introduces a number of changes in the provisions regarding economic law. They are to accelerate administrative proceedings and simplify the rules of conducting business activities.

New regulations, among others They will enable craftsmen to conduct business activity in the form of a capital company. They also introduce electronization of proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, which will allow remote hearings.

The act also sets out new rules for creating law. Draft laws that impose obligations on entrepreneurs will have 6 months of vacatio legis. The new regulations also included the principle of balancing administrative obligations, referring to the concept of the so -called One in, One Out. When designing subsequent obligations, the project designer is to strive to reduce the loads resulting from the regulations that are already in force in a given field.

In addition, the Act releases the spokesman for small and medium -sized enterprises from paying court fees during court proceedings in which he appears on behalf of entrepreneurs; Assumes full co -financing from the state budget of training costs by vocational school students under the so -called dual education. Pursuant to the Act, sports clubs will go from registers kept by starosts to the National Court Register.

The act will enter into force – as a rule – 30 days from the date of publication. (PAP)
