On Thursday, US President Donald Trump admitted that he did not know if he would still have good relations with the billionaire Elon Musk, who criticizes his draft budget act. He admitted that he was “very disappointed” by his former close advisor.

Trump said that he would prefer if Musk was personally criticizing him, not the presidential “great, beautiful act.” “We had great relationships with Elon. I don't know if it would still be like that,” said the American leader in an interview with journalists in the oval office. He admitted that he was “very surprised” by Musk's criticism.
“He spoke about me beautiful things, he wore a hat with the inscription +Trump was right in every case +. And I am right in the case of a great, beautiful act +” – emphasized Trump.
The president decided that Musk is dissatisfied with the fact that the bill provides for the receipt of tax breaks when buying electric vehicles.
“I am very disappointed with Elon. I helped him a lot,” he argued.
Musk immediately posted a series of entries on the X service in response to the president's words. “I don't care,” said the billionaire and called the project “a great, ugly law”. He also wrote that without him Trump would lose the election. In the past days, the adviser Trump was already called the budget act “disgusting abomination” due to insufficiently, in his opinion, deep budget cuts.
After the exchange of sentences between Trump and Musk, the shares belonging to the billionaire Tesla fell by almost 9 percent.
