“My film has not yet been shot, although I participated in the creation of about 80 films. This should be a role where I can fully show myself. Unfortunately, in Ukraine, producers and directors often perceive everything very banal. If I’m always brightly dressed, that means I’m a bitch and that’s it. Or some kind of mistress. They don’t look deeper,” the star shared.
Salivanchuk added that the same “soap” is being filmed in Ukraine, where the main character is transformed from a “gray mouse” into a fatal beauty
“It’s impossible to change, maybe someday it will be different. Meanwhile, I’m changing. Now I’m playing not just bitches, but their mothers. And that’s how age will change my palette. Finally, I’ll probably play the role where I can fully show myself: a strong woman who is actually very weak,” the actress said about her plans.
According to Salivanchuk, the heroine she wants to play is not afraid to be ugly, although she is always beautiful.
“She helps everyone, but they interfere with her. She shows how important children are. Or, for example, if we take the war, I would really like to play a woman who fights, cries for children, suffers,” she admitted.
