The family from the Krasnoyarsk Territory sued more than 1 million rubles for disrupting the supply of a heating system

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a large family bought a heating system from the entrepreneur, but did not receive it. Rospotrebnadzor intervened.
According to the department, in January 2022, the family entered into an agreement on the supply of heating equipment with an individual entrepreneur. For this, buyers paid 774.3 thousand rubles. However, they never saw the equipment.
Then, a large mother in a claim, demanded from the seller the supply of the system. He ignored the request.
After applying to the court, the defendant IP was M.P. I paid customers part of the amount in the amount of 169.9 thousand rubles. However, Rospotrebnadzor demanded a complete refund from the seller. The court supported the demand. Thus, the entrepreneur paid the balance of the amount, penalty, moral damage and a fine of 178.7 thousand rubles.
The seller decided to challenge the court decision and sent an appeal. And the experts of Rospotrebnadzor asked to recalculate a fine, collected from the entrepreneur in favor of the consumer.
The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court refused the entrepreneur to satisfy the complaint and changed the decision in favor of the consumer. The size of the fine grew to 442.4 thousand rubles. In total, the family received 1.1 million rubles.
