In the Berezovsky district in the lake they found the body of a newborn. A criminal case has been instituted (video)

In the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the body of a newborn girl was found in the lake.

According to the regional prosecutor’s office, it was previously established that on the eve of the company of children walked near the lake near the village of Kuznetsovo in the Zykovsky village council, where they found a plastic bag on the surface of the reservoir. Inside it was the body of a newborn female, wrapped in a towel.

On this fact, the Investigative Department of the Berezovsky District of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 106 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder by a mother of a newborn child).

Investigative actions and operational-search measures are carried out, aimed at establishing the personality of the mother of the child, as well as other circumstances of the incident. To find out whether the child was alive or stillborn, as well as the exact cause of death, a forensic medical examination was appointed.
