In Krasnoyarsk, Migrants-Barriers found migrants and construction facilities in Krasnoyarsk

The police checked several car soles and construction facilities in Krasnoyarsk and detained 27 foreigners. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.

The migration raid was held on June 4 in the Soviet district of the city, all the detainees were tested for involvement in the commission of offenses and crimes. Also with foreigners conducted preventive conversations. As a result, it turned out that three citizens of Tajikistan are illegally in Russia.

In relation to men, eight administrative protocols for violation of migration legislation were drawn up:

• 2 violations under Part 1.1 of Art. 18.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the stay regime in the Russian Federation, expressed in the absence of documents confirming this right);
• 3 violations under Art. 18.10 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (illegal implementation by a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation);
• 2 violations under Art. 18.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (illegal involvement of a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation);
• 1 Violation under Part 3 of Art. 18.9 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of a residential premises or a vehicle or the provision of other services to a foreign citizen or stateless person located in the Russian Federation in violation of the established procedure).

One of the detainees faces expulsion outside Russia.

Law enforcement officers noted that the work aimed at identifying and suppressing by police violations of migration legislation, establishing places of illegal finding of foreign citizens and stateless persons, their residence and the implementation of illegal labor activities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and continues.
