56 percent Andrzej Duda wants voters in the party after the term


To the question: “Should Andrzej Duda proceed to Law and Justice after the end of the term?” 13 percent respondents answered “definitely yes” and another 12 percent. “rather yes”. In turn, 15 percent respondents are clearly opposite to this (9 percent “rather not”, 6 percent “definitely not”). 51 percent people indicated the answer “I don't know/hard to say”.
In the PiS voters group, support for the President's return to the party is higher: 34 percent “definitely” was in favor of such a movement, and 22 percent. “Rather” supports this idea. 5 percent “Rather not” wants Duda's return, and 2 percent It is definitely opposite to this. 37 percent There is no opinion.
The study was conducted on May 28-29, 2025 by CAWI method on a representative sample of 1039 adult Poles.
Duda with the possible role of the prime minister: “If necessary – I will consider”
In an interview with Radio Wnet, President Duda did not rule out that he could in the future to be the Prime Minister. He recalled the example of Aleksander Kwasniewski, who after the end of the presidency was indicated by the left as a candidate for the head of the government.
– I have always seen my role in politics as service. If there is a need to perform another public function that would be consistent with the dignity of the office of the former president, I will definitely think seriously about it Duda said.

At the same time, he excluded the start in the parliamentary elections and applying for the chair of the Speaker of the Sejm, justifying this by the need to conduct campaigns in a specific district, which – in his opinion – is not fitting to the former president.
Andrzej Duda has been associated with PiS since 2005, when he started working as a legislative advisor to the parliamentary club. In 2011 he obtained the mandate of the MP, and in 2014 he became an MEP. In 2015, he won the presidential election with PiS support, and then obtained re -election in 2020.
