
“Behind the side” is warmer and warmer-due to unusually hot weather, the flowering of the poplar this year began earlier than usual. The allergologist Nadezhda Login gave several recommendations to get rid of allergic reactions to poplar fluff, writes the portal Regions.ru (18+).
The ubiquitous “summer snow” causes sneezing, runny nose, lacrimation, itching in the eyes and other signs of allergic rhinitis or conjunctivitis. To protect against annoying symptoms, Login advises to bypass the poplar alleys, swim and wash your hair immediately upon returning home: pollen that poplar fluff transfers exactly on the hair, and then spray throughout the house.
According to the expert, if the allergic reaction has intensified, then in order to avoid the negative consequences of self -medication, you need to make an appointment with the doctor.
