In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a court found the former head of a municipal kindergarten in the village of Verkhnepashino guilty in major fraud using official position.

It was established that the defendant persuaded her acquaintances to open their cards “for work” and arranged them for positions as educators and auxiliary workers. The criminal activity continued from the summer of 2018 until 2023.

“Orders flew in one after another – full-time hiring, dismissal, transfer, hiring again with allowances for the north, region, village, harmfulness. Tariffs and coefficients grew, time sheets lied. Money flowed from the treasury to the cards of fictitious employees, and from there straight to her. No babysitting, no cleaning, no feeding – pure deception. The pattern was repeated with several “ghosts,” including his own daughter. As a result, almost 1 million rubles disappeared from the district budget,” the prosecutor’s office said.

In court, the former manager denied everything and stated that “she didn’t embezzle the money, there was no self-interest, everything was in accordance with her position.” But the documents confirmed her guilt.

According to Part 3 of Art. 159 In the KRF, the court sentenced the woman to a fine of 500 thousand rubles and ordered her to reimburse the budget 385 thousand rubles, she paid the rest voluntarily. Her car was seized.
