In Krasnoyarsk, a wholesalers, detained by police with a large batch of methadone, will appear in Krasnoyarsk. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
Law enforcement officers found that a 40-year-old man was a bookmark of a large online store. At the direction of the operator, he worked on the territory of the green grove. During the search in the apartment, the drug courier found and seized more than 60 grams of methadone, which were intended for subsequent sales, scales and packaging material.
In relation to the man, they opened a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal production, sale or shipping of narcotic drugs committed on a large scale.” The attacker faces from 10 to 20 years in prison. In the form of an additional punishment under this article, that is, a plus to imprisonment, the court may be imposed by deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 20 years, or a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
Currently, the investigation of the criminal case has been completed, the detainee expects a court decision in custody.
