A 42-year-old man in Ukraine has been charged with child sexual abuse and producing child pornography. Prosecutors allege that he forced his three-year-old daughter to touch his genitals while he photographed the acts on his mobile phone. Reports indicate that he would expose himself, dress his genitals with a toy, and refer to these actions as a game.
The court has granted him bail set at 332,000 UAH, a decision currently being appealed by prosecutors who argue for his incarceration while the case is pending. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison.
