The Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is conducting two selections at once to receive grants for the development of the infrastructure of horticultural non-profit partnerships.
Summer residents can receive up to 200 thousand rubles for purchase of fire-fighting equipment and equipment, materials for repairing roads, water supply systems and electrical networks in garden societies. The second grant, worth up to 3 million rubles, can be spent on the construction, reconstruction or repair of electrical networks, water supply facilities and roads. Documents for the first competition are accepted until May 28, and for the second – until May 27. Applications must be filled out in the “Subsidy APK24” service, which was developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Territory as part of the federal project “State for the People”.
In addition, the region's gardeners' unions will receive grants. Based on the selection results, support from the regional budget will be provided to the Regional Union of Horticulture, the Zheleznogorsk Union of the Zheleznogorsk Closed Administrative Unit, the Union of the Southern Territories of the Territory “Yuzhny” and the Union of Gardening Partnerships of Krasnoyarsk “Levoberezhny”.
“Owners of garden plots are faced with a lot of issues that are difficult to solve alone. This includes registration of land plots, obtaining grants for infrastructure development, legal issues, maintaining financial records and many others. We need to constantly conduct training for gardeners, SNT chairmen, and invite experts, so grant support is very important for us,” said Lyubov Korobko, chairman of the Yuzhny Union.
