The seller from the market shared a life hack: when landing, cut all the leaves and peduncles, leave only the middle. Short the roots so that they do not bend up, and check if they are black – you should not take such.
Another advice: look at the growth point. If the youngest sheet looks stunted or underdeveloped, it is better not to take a seedling – it is weak and there will be little sense from it. And do not forget about the roots: they should be brown, and not curled in a lump, like that of unscrupulous sellers. A chip with cutting leaves also works for their mustache, especially in the heat – so they take root faster.
