In the Uyarsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a man was detained who is suspected of attempting to kill three people.
The Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation said that the 49-year-old Krasnoyarsk regularly quarreled with his former wife. The reason was jealousy. The man wanted to take revenge on the ex-woman who moved to her mother in the village of Novopatyatnitsky on Solnechnaya Street. In April, they specified in the prosecutor’s office, he sent a woman in the WhatsApp messenger a message with threats: “I swear, you all wash yourself!”
On the night of April 13, the man arrived in the village and set fire to the veranda of the house. He understood that in this way he blocked people out of the burning room, and also knew that there were people in the house – his former mother -in -law and neighbor with a child in the second apartment. People noticed a fire in time and escaped through the windows.
“Initially, when examining the scene, it was not possible to establish the exact cause of the fire, the necessary fire and technical examinations were assigned, according to the results of which the data on the perfect arson was received,” the investigative department said.
In relation to the man, they opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 30, p. “A”, “E” of Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of two or more persons in a generally hazardous way). The suspect is now detained. The investigation intends to apply for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention.
Currently, the necessary investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime.
