The professional skill competition among tram drivers was held in Krasnoyarsk last weekend. This was told in the city hall.
Applicants for the title of the best competed in several competitions. On knowledge of theory and, of course, in the practical part. Everyone who passed the “exam” for knowledge of the rules of the road showed the jury acceptance of the tram before going to the route, cultural services of passengers, knowledge of the technical device of rail electric vehicles. The competition was attended by both drivers from Krasnoyarsk and nonresident experts.
“We have long wanted to expand the geography of the competition, attract participants from other cities, exchange experience, compare skill. We do not have many cities close to us where there are trams, but we are very interesting. We hope that we will continue to develop in this direction, ”says Anastasia Mayer, head of the traffic safety department of the city transport MP.
The business card of the competition remains a glass of water in the tram cabin. On it you can clearly see how smooth, comfortable and accurately the driver passes the route. Do not shed a drop of water only to real professionals. The tests took 6 hours, the next three winners were revealed by the amount of points.
Nadezhda Glushko was the best driver of the tram. The second place is at Alexandra Sukhomlinova. She wins silver of a professional competition for the second year in a row. The third place was taken by Julia Gurtova. They received valuable gifts from the partners of the event.
Recall that the Soviet tradition of holding a contest of vocational school in a tram depot in Krasnoyarsk was revived last year. The organizers say that such competitions allow not only to increase the level of professional skill of drivers, give the opportunity and motivation for development, but also allow you to rally the team and involve new personnel.
