In the Mansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the contractor was obliged to compensate for the damage caused by the health of the child. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

According to Komsomolskaya Pravda – Krasnoyarsk, in July last year the boy came to visit his grandmother in the village of Nizhnyaya Esaulovka. At this time, work on the repair of the heating main was carried out there. The workers dug a pit, but did not install any fences and warning signs.

Two weeks after the end of the excavations, the workers did not begin further work. During this period, the child fell into the pit and received a serious wounded wound, which required a long treatment.

It turned out that the contract for the overhaul of the heating systems in the village was concluded by the administration of the Kamensky village council. The contractor was an organization that was supposed to ensure security at the facility.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Mansky district conducted an audit and appealed to the court with a request for compensation for non -pecuniary damage caused to the minor.

The court fully supported the position of the prosecutor's office. The contractor will have to pay compensation in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. The execution of the court decision will be controlled.
