Kraszda calculated how many consultations were held by doctors of the “Health Trains” in three months

For the 1st quarter of 2025, doctors of the mobile advisory and diagnostic center “Dr. Voyno-Yasenetsky (St. Luke)” accepted 5.6 thousand people and held more than 12.5 thousand consultations.
In total, in January-March, the health train of the Krasnoyarsk Railway made 3 business trips and visited 24 stations. The medical staff visited the remote settlements of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Irkutsk region. On average, he worked at stations from 1 to 3 days, the longest parking is 4 days at the Lesosibirsk station.
Every year, a medical train makes at least ten flights up to two weeks, covering more than 30 districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, the Kemerovo and Irkutsk regions within the borders of the Krasnoyarsk line. In 2024, 11 thousand 525 inhabitants of the regions of Siberia became his patients.
Diagnostic support included a wide range of examinations, including radiofluorographic, ultrasonic, endoscopic, functional diagnostics and clinical diagnostic laboratory studies. In just 3 months, almost 10 thousand were completed. 40 patients received directions to regional medical institutions for in -depth diagnosis and treatment.
Recall that the mobile advisory and diagnostic center “Dr. Voyno-Yasenetsky (St. Luke)” is a joint social project of Russian Railways and the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The composition includes 12 wagons, of which six are medical, equipped with modern equipment. The mobile clinic works according to the compulsory medical insurance system and carries out a regional order for medical services to residents of remote settlements.
