Three people were found unconscious, on Friday morning, May 30, in a water basin in Lungulețu, Dâmbovița county. Two of the victims are in cardio-respiratory stop, and the third, a man, was urgently transported to the hospital, according to the information transmitted by the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Dâmbovița.

“This morning, around 06:27, we were asked to intervene to save three people from a water basin, in the town of Lunguleţu”, ISU Dâmbovița transmitted.
On the spot, crews from the Titu Fire Detachment, the Potlogi intervention guard, a SMURD crew and two ambulances from the Dâmboviţa County Ambulance Service, intervened quickly, reports News.ro.
According to the authorities, all three victims were extracted in the state of unconsciousness and immediately taken over by the medical crews.
“Two of the victims are in cardio-respiratory stop and resuscitation maneuvers are applied. The third victim, a man, was transported to the hospital for additional medical care.” said the quoted source.
The exact circumstances of the incident are not known at the moment. The authorities are going to open an investigation to determine how the three people arrived in the basin.
