American companies warn against consumer boycott


As CNN explains, American corporations are obliged to disclose threats to their activities in annual regulatory documents. This year, Walmart, Target, Home Depot and Constellation Brands, Matka Corona, join the growing number of companies informing investors about clients' reactions to their policy of diversity, equality and integration (Dei) as well as environmental, social and corporate order initiatives (ESG). These companies also inform about the risk associated with the withdrawal of these programs.
