On this day, school No. 23 was founded. The history of the school was unique, it was formed as a result of the merger of the oldest school No. 2 and the first in the city of School lyceum No. 3. The most interesting pages of the history of these two schools were intertwined in the history of school No. 23.
In 1932, in the working village of Biro-Bijan, she accepted the first students of school No. 2. It was a plain wooden one-story hut building. There were many students, there was not enough space, so the construction of a new building soon began.

Serious attention is paid to the patriotic education of the younger generation. The national component in the lyceum is implemented by studying objects: Jewish language, Jewish culture, history of the Jewish people, Jewish literature, history and geography of the EAO.
Since 2007, school No. 23 and the scientific and educational center (NPC) “Holocaust” (Moscow) entered into an agreement on cooperation, methodological seminars (12+) are held on the basis of the school, dedicated to the methods of teaching the theme of the Holocaust.

The regional government and business circles of the region established the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the EAO. Its activities are regulated by the Law on Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The chamber has the status of an international organization and draws up a wide coordination network.
Its main goals are: promoting the development of the EAO economy, its integration into the Russian and world systems, creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity, providing assistance and providing services to enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership. Over the years of its existence, the EAO Chamber of Commerce and Industry has gained experience in this area. The Chamber provides services for the examination of the quality and quantity of goods, products, raw materials, conducts economic and legal examinations of property objects with the establishment of their market value, determining the paying and customs value of goods.
A training and information center was created at the ward, where more than 3 thousand people studied in a specialty during this time: a computer operator and the computerization of accounting under the 1C-Bucchangie program. The quality and number of services are constantly increasing. CCI is preparing documents for registering a trading mark, trademark and bar coding. The chamber also works with ordinary citizens, determining the value of stolen, burned or flooded property, the market value of the property is set, for the key to which the loan is taken.
