According to Sibiga, the barbaric attack by the illegitimate Russian President Vladimir Putin is a wake-up call for world leaders gathered in Davos.
He said thousands of houses in Kyiv were left without heating at temperatures of -15°C after a massive Russian attack overnight.
“The war criminal Putin continues to wage a genocidal war against women, children and the elderly,” he emphasized.
Sibiga named the main points that the West should pay attention to:
- the support of the Ukrainian people is urgently needed;
- there will be no peace in Europe without lasting peace for Ukraine;
- peace can only be achieved by force;
- Ukraine urgently needs additional energy assistance, air defense and interceptors, as well as sanctions pressure on Moscow.
“The resilience of the Ukrainian people cannot be an excuse for continuing this war. It must end as soon as possible,” said the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
