Deloitte study: eight out of ten organizations anticipate an increase in investments in artificial intelligence in the next fiscal year; the weight of the allocated budget AI will be bigger

The confidence of global leaders in the projects of their organizations using artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence – AI) is increasing, according to To the latest edition of the study of Deloitte “The State of Gen AI in the Enterprise Report: Now decides Next ”, eight out of ten organizations (78%) by anticipating an increase in total investments in AI -based technologies in the next fiscal year. The study also highlights that the weight of the budget allocated to solutions based on generative artificial intelligence (gen) registers a significant increase from the total budget intended compared to the previous year. The percentage of organizations that allocate between 20% and 39% of the total dedicated budget has increased by 12 points, while the share of organizations dedicating less than 20% of the total budget has decreased by six percentage points.

When it comes to barriers in the implementation and development of AI like, members of the top management teams are less worried than the other employees regarding challenges such as trust, risk management, governance and compliance with regulations. The management teams also have an optimistic vision of how the organization is responsible for these challenges, 47% of them considering that it will take 12 months or more to overcome the barriers associated with the extension of gender solutions at the organization level, compared to 60% of the other employees.
