Previously, she was a teacher of studies of democracy at Hertie School (Berlin) from 2007 to 2023. She studied social psychology in Romania, where she obtained her doctorate, and political science at Kennedy School of Harvard University.
At the same time, she holds the Honor Presidency of the Academic Society of Romania (SAR), runs the European Anti -Corruption Center and State Construction (Ercas) and is the Academic Coordinator of Bridgegap, an EU Horizon research project.
