In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a teenager secretly bought a motorcycle and a few hours later was caught by a policeman riding it

In the village of Krutoyar In the Uzhursky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, traffic police officers stopped a 17-year-old boy from riding a motorcycle without a driver’s license of the appropriate category.

It turned out that the teenager, without informing his parents, bought a vehicle with his own money a couple of hours before his arrest.

Several administrative protocols were drawn up in relation to the minor offender: for driving a vehicle with technical defects and without a license; failure to use a motorcycle helmet and lack of a compulsory motor liability insurance policy. The motorcycle was placed in a special parking lot.

The collected materials were sent for consideration to the commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights by the district administration.

Regional traffic police officers called on parents to control and stop attempts by minors to get behind the wheel on their own: “Remember that a motorcycle is a source of increased danger, the operation of which can lead to irreparable consequences.”
