The next package of solutions published on Wednesday includes 34 deregulation proposals.

Among them were, among others Automatic granting of 800 plus benefits based on data collected in state registers such as PESEL or ZUS. “This means the end with the annual submission of applications” – we pointed out, we check, indicating that changing the lives of families to families will shorten the waiting time for the payment of benefits, as well as reduce administrative costs and the risk of errors.

Another proposal is the introduction of digital renewal of passports (without a visit to the office), which – as emphasized – will improve the efficiency and safety of passport services, and also reduce the costs associated with service.

The new deregulation ideas also included simplification of procedures for stock debuts and new emissions. According to experts, this will increase the availability of the capital market for companies, especially from the SME sector. “By reducing the costs and regulatory obligations, more enterprises will be able to raise capital for development, and investors will gain a wider offer” – it was indicated. It was emphasized that these changes were to stimulate stock market activity, strengthen the competitiveness of the Polish market and facilitate the introduction of innovations, which will translate into economic growth and better use of the potential of domestic companies.

Another postulate that came to the website We check, applies to energy wood. The authors of this postulate do not want to limit access to the so -called forest biomass. They believe that enabling the use of wood in Polish heating will contribute to more effective use of renewable energy sources. “By adapting the legal regulations of the heating companies will gain the possibility of faster and cheaper investments in biomass, which will reduce heat production costs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve air quality” – argues the initiative.

Among the new proposals was also a project of digitizing land and mortgage registers, which aim, among others Improving the availability of court services, accelerating the process of establishing books and minimizing the risk of errors. It was noted that the digitization of books will also enable quick access to current real estate data, which will affect greater security of real estate trading.

February 10 this year Prime Minister Donald Tusk proposed to the president of InPost Rafał Brzosce to lead a team that would prepare deregulation proposals and Brzoska accepted the proposal. A week later, the band published the first postulates.

Among the 412 deregulatory demands presented by the social side, 314 were transferred to the government, while 100 are already in implementation.

As the head of the permanent committee of the Council of Ministers and the coordinator of the deregulation process Maciej Berek announced in an interview with PAP, the first government deregulation projects will come into force no later than in July this year.

“The first stage of implementation will start soon, after the Parliament's adoption of the laws that have already begun. Soon, new functions will be introduced to the MOBKitan application, such as student ID or the possibility of reporting traffic damage. In addition, using the mobile you will be able to read the information about the funds collected in all pension products, i.e. in ZUS, OF PPK ” – pointed out Maciej Berek. (PAP)
