The consultations will start at 09.00 with the PSD delegation and will extend until 7 pm when the non -affiliated parliamentarians were invited to the Cotroceni Palace, according to the official program presented by the Presidential Administration.

President Nicușor Dan repeatedly stated that the main objective is to identify solutions to solve the problem of the budget deficit. About the investment of a new government, he said that it is a matter of “three to four weeks”, a priority being an agreement on identifying government measures.
In a discussion with the press on Tuesday, Nicușor Dan said that they are “informal” and other consultations will follow until the future government.
“It is the first round of discussions, which is why they are informal. Even if they are organized, they are informal and will continue,” said the president.
Nicușor Dan has to appoint a prime minister who manages to obtain a majority in the Parliament. Dan's first option for the position of prime minister is Ilie Bolojan, as he repeatedly said.
