A Krasnoyarsk resident painted drug advertisements on the walls of houses and ended up under criminal charges (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was opened against a 22-year-old guy for advertising drug shops on the walls of buildings. This was reported to the regional police.
Law enforcement officers found out that the young man joined an organized group as a stencil-graffiti artist for an online store. The guy’s responsibilities included finding places to place drug advertisements and directly applying graffiti.
Over the course of a year, he painted up to 70 inscriptions a day, going to work 3 times a week in the summer and 1-2 times in the winter.

“Preliminarily, over the course of a year, the young man in charge painted about five thousand drug graffiti on the walls of buildings in Krasnoyarsk, and once even went on a “business trip” to Novosibirsk. For one small stencil, the guy received up to 150 rubles,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
Law enforcement officers managed to establish the identity of the attacker with the active assistance of the head of the ANO Center for Improvement of Public Spaces and Animal Protection.
The young man was detained, now he is being held under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph “a”, part 4, art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted sale of drugs as part of an organized group).
