Natural sugar-free chocolate is a tasty and healthy option for those with a sweet tooth. Sugar is found in almost all products today, and it does more harm than good. However, if you don't want to give up sweets, you can make healthy chocolate at home using natural ingredients. Experienced confectioners shared a simple and at the same time healthy recipe on b-port.com (18+).
Ingredients:
- Cooked pumpkin – 200 g
- Dark chocolate without sugar or cocoa mass – 200 g
- Sweetener (if using cocoa mass)
- Vanillin, nuts, zest – optional
Cooking method:
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Add the cooked pumpkin (it should not be cold so that the chocolate does not harden) and beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
- Add vanilla, nuts, zest or other ingredients to taste.
- Pour the resulting mixture into a container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until solidified. Then cut into cubes.
This homemade chocolate made from natural products will be an excellent alternative to store-bought sweets and will give you healthy pleasure!
