The state group releases the vice president. What about the successor?


“The management board of Grupa Azoty SA informs that By resolution of May 23, 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board dismissed a member of the management board, who was the vice president, Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk” – we read in a short announcement.
It was added that “the indicated resolution came into force when it was taken.” There is no word about the reasons for such a decision.
Currently, there are five people in the composition of the Azoty Group Board:
- Andrzej Skolmowski – PO President
- Paweł Bielski – vice president
- Andrzej Dawidowski – vice president
- Hubert Kamola – vice president
- Artur Babicz – member of the board
Immediately after the resignation, the Azoty Group Supervisory Board announced the initiation of supplementary qualification procedure for a member of the board. “The qualification procedure will be carried out for the selection of one member of the management board of the 13th term, with the intention of entrusting the function of the President of the Management Board” – we read.

Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk – who is the dismissed vice president?
Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk in Grupa Azoty dealt with restructuring processes. He took the function of vice president on March 20, 2024.
In the past, he was financial director of Boryszew and Polimex-Mostostal. He was a treasurer in Ciech. From January 2025, he has been the president of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins.
