“Currently, parts of Russian rockets and drones are neutralized in Kiev. In places where the shards fell, surgery and emergency services are ongoing. At night there were many fires and explosions in the city. Residential buildings, cars and companies were damaged again. Unfortunately, they are also wounded” – wrote the president on social portals.
What happened in Ukraine
The head of the state informed that at night from Friday to Saturday Ukraine defended itself against an attack in which the Russians used 250 drones and 14 ballistic missiles. District: Odski, Winnicki, Sumski, Kharkowski, Donecki, Kiev and Dnipropietrowski suffered. “Civilians were everywhere. There are fatalities. I make condolences to families and friends” – he emphasized.
How many victims of the attack were there
The authorities announced that at least 14 people were injured in Kiev as a result of attacks. Three people were killed and six were injured after hitting with two ballistic missiles in the sea port in Odessa in the south of Ukraine.
What Zełnski wrote
Zelanski decided that every such fire shows that it was Moscow, not Kiev, striving to extend the war. “Ukraine has repeatedly suggested a suspension of weapons (…) All this has been ignored. Of course, we must have much more pressure on Russia to get the result and start true diplomacy. We are waiting for sanctions from the USA, Europe and all our partners. Only additional sanctions against the key sectors of the Russian economy will force Moscow to stop the fire. I am grateful to everyone who helps us” Ukrainian president.
