The Trump administration is fighting Harvard
Earlier on Friday, Harvard University sued the administration of US President Donald Trump in connection with the right to receive foreign students announced on Thursday.
The lawsuit was filed with the Federal Court in Boston. The university argues in it that the government's action violates the first amendment to the constitution and will have an “immediate and devastating impact on Harvard and over 7,000 visa owners “.
On Thursday, the Ministry of National Security (DHS) announced that it took the right to receive foreign students from the Harvard University in connection with the refusal to transfer materials regarding students participating in anti -izrael protests. The decision also prohibits further education at the university already adopted to students.
