The driver did not see how the girl sat on the bucket and pressed her to the ground. The child was taken to the hospital with injuries.
The Minister of Health of the region Vladimir Dudakov said that the doctors have now stabilized the condition of the girl. She was brought into consciousness and removed from the artificial ventilation of the lungs.
Investigators opened a criminal case against a man for violation of safety rules in conducting work, which caused serious harm to health by negligence.
