After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the administration of Krasnoyarsk significantly reduced the settlement period emergency apartment building No. 88 on Chernyshevsky Street.
The two -story building was built in 1957 and by 2022 his wear andarned a critical mark. Based on the results of the survey, state supervisory services came to the conclusion: the building poses a real threat to 20 residents.
But people living in dangerous conditions were invited to wait for help for many more years.
“The administration of Krasnoyarsk approached the issue with the space scale of planning: in 2022, officials from afar, according to which the resettlement of the emergency house was planned only for 2038. The prosecutor’s office conducted an audit and came to the conclusion that the administration’s order violates the housing legislation – the municipality ignored the extremely high degree of wear of the house and a direct threat to people. In this regard, a lawsuit was filed on the recognition of the order illegal, ”said the supervisory department.
The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and defended the rights of tenants. The order of the city hall was canceled and ordered to establish a new, unprecedented and legal period of completion of the resettlement.
“The result was not long in coming: the administration postponed the deadline for the house of the house for 2025. Moreover, the city authorities began practical actions – the procedure for coordinating the source of financing, at the expense of which it will be carried out, ”the prosecutor's office said.
