Nicușor Dan and Ilie Bolojan participate in a solemn meeting on the Constitutional Court in which the mandate of president won by the president of May 18 will be officially attended. The two arrived 30 minutes before the ceremony and were received by the president of the RCC, Marian Enache.

The solemn meeting takes place shortly after the Constitutional Court rejected George Simion's notification and validated the result of the presidential elections.

The president of Nicușor Dan said on Thursday after the CCR rejected George Simion's request to cancel the elections, that “it was clear to everyone that it is completely artificial.”

Vlad Gheorghe, Ludovic Orban, Cătălin Drulă, Simina Tulbure and Vlad Alexandrescu participate in the meeting.

When will Nicușor Dan be invested

The plenary of the Parliament is to be convened on Monday, May 26, at 12.00, for the president of Nicușor Dan to take the investment oath, parliamentary sources said for HotNews.ro.

Ilie Bolojan said in the press conference in which he presented the balance sheet that his mandate as President Intermar will end on Thursday, when 100 days are on January 12.

Nicușor Dan won the presidential elections of May 18 with 6,168,642 votes (53.60%), while the gold leader, George Simion, obtained 5,339,053 votes (46.40%), according to the official results announced by the authorities. At the second round of the presidential elections 2025 they voted over 11.6 million Romanians.
