In Minusinsk, the prosecutor through the court seeks to issue crutches living in a boarding school for a disabled person. This was told in the press service of the city court.
In November last year, the psychoneurological boarding school requested crutches in the social fund with a sliding device for a disabled person of the second group recognized as legally incompetent in 2004.
The social fund accepted the application, but was in no hurry to fulfill obligations. Then the prosecutor's office got down to business.
The case went to court, on May 20, the regional branch of the SFR was obliged to provide a disabled person with a rehabilitation means and pay 2 thousand rubles as compensation for non -pecuniary damage.
