“I think this is a very positive signal,” Zelensky told reporters. —Of course, the intensity of relations with Poland is important to us. We are friendly neighbors. President Karol Nawrocki assessed the conversation with Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday on social media.
“I had a tough, honest and partnership conversation with President Volodymyr Zelensky about key issues for Poland and Ukraine,” he wrote on Platform X. “Poland has been supporting Ukraine since the beginning of Russian aggression and that is not changing. Today's meeting is a new opening in mutual relations, as well as a chance to start partnership cooperation to the benefit of both countries. This is bad news for Putin,” he added.
