In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the development of the Koyskoye Belogorye natural park was discussed
The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory discussed the concept of development of the Koyskoye Belogorye natural park created at the end of 2024.
The park with an area of 3426 hectares is located on the border of three areas: Mansky, Partizansky and Sayansky. It includes both natural rocky objects and objects of archaeological heritage – “Koyskaya Pisanitsa” and the writings “closet”. There are also rare animals and plants here. The Directorate of the Ergaki natural park controls the Koysky Belogorye.
The First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and the Forest Complex Alexei Bolshakov told members of the parliament that the main center of tourist infrastructure will be the village of Koy. 12 state traffic police and researchers should ensure the work of the park. These rates should appear in the staffing of the park. It is also necessary to purchase modular buildings of a visit center and a security post, create a tent parking for tourists, equip at least 10 km of ecological trails in order to reduce the load on the fleet ecosystem.
We need funds for the salvation of petroglyphs, which are considered the most ancient similar objects within the boundaries of the Sayan belt of the Minusinsk basin. Some of them were already smeared with paint.
The second stage must be engaged in the development of transport communication and repair of the Partizanskoye – Mina road. In the village you need to create a hotel, improve energy supply.
This is also necessary because near the village the Interregional Historical and Ecological Festival “Zarzubi” has been held near the village. It attracts up to one and a half thousand participants not only from the region, but from Khakassia, Novosibirsk and Moscow. The next festival will be held this year, in early July.
Funds for the development of the park are proposed to be divided into three years, from 2026 to 2028. For the next year, about 28 million rubles must be included in the budget.
The discussion of the issue was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Committee Yuri Zakharinsky, Alexei Boykov, Ekaterina Svodelko, Elena Penzina, Vladimir Chernyshenko, Alexei Kulesh, Alexander Novikov. So, Elena Penzina proposed not to wait and already in the autumn adjustment of the current year to lay funds to expand the staff of inspectors. According to Alexander Novikov, the priority is the task of protecting and creating security for tourists, and then it is necessary to engage in the development of the park along with the agency for tourism, attracting the rest of the departments in the framework of the budgets already laid down in them.
The Chairman of the Committee Vitaly Drozdov: “The concept of the park appeared several years ago on a private initiative of local residents. Everyone knows about the Ergaki, about Putoran’s plateau, and Kuturchinskoye, Koysky Belogorye are less inaccessible, are closer, and the places there are wonderful. The latter is unique in that in addition to beautiful rocks, there is also a cultural heritage, petroglyphs, there were traces of the presence of the Yenisei Kyrgyz who lived here when the Moscow state mastered Siberia. It is very important to combine these components, natural and cultural, to start a tourist flow, to create conditions so that you can get there, comfortably sit. Now we are taking the first step to support the development of the natural park with financial resources and establish intertening dialogue. ”
